Experimental study on high-temperature sealing of Ptfe filter bag stitching with adhesive coating

1、 Purpose: To solve the problem of ash leakage during the operation of the three needle suture of the filter bag.
2、 Experimental methods
Step 1: Use a sewn 100% PTFE material filter bag;
Step 2: Apply high-temperature resistant soft adhesive (capable of withstanding a temperature of 300 ℃)
Step 3: Set the oven to 290 ℃ for 90 minutes
Step 4: Check the sealing of the three needle suture and the morphological changes of the high-temperature resistant adhesive.
3、 Experimental conclusion
According to the above experimental steps, it is demonstrated that this high-temperature resistant soft adhesive can be baked for 90 minutes at a high temperature of 290 ℃. After removal, both the colloid and filter bag remain in their original state without significant changes. This also proves the feasibility of this sealing scheme for the three needle hole.
